The Health, Beauty & Career University (HBCU) Tour is a national leadership development program offered by the New Legacy Institute. The HBCU Tour was conceived as a response to the growing issue that a lack of professional mentors causes for college aged minority students. As recent and upcoming grads enter an ever changing and competitive workforce, the guidance of professional mentors is needed more than ever before.
